Northwood Water Polo Club runs four sessions throughout the year for all age groups.

SPRING Session
Late February - Early May
Tournaments:  Orange County Cup, San Diego Cup

SUMMER Session
Early May - Late August
Tournaments:  National Junior Olympics Zone Qualifiers*, National Junior Olympics*

FALL Session
Late August - Early November
Tournaments:  Evan Cousineau Cup, SPA Age Group Tournament

WINTER Session
Early November - Late February
Tournaments: Holiday Invitational, IRONMAN League, Santa Barbara Cup, Winterfest or KAP7

• The tournaments listed are examples of those in which the club typically participates throughout the year.  Some tournaments may be added or removed at the club's discretion.  Please see the Member Events page to view upcoming and recent tournaments.
  

*Teams who qualify in J.O. Qualifiers must also play at the Junior Olympics.  These National tournaments require Gold level membership at USA Water Polo.
