Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why am I not getting emails from the club groups?

A: First check that you are definitely a member of the group by visiting the group online.  (Links for all the groups can be found on our News & Groups page).  You can also re-subscribe or apply for membership by using the appropriate links when you visit the news & groups page.  If you are still having issues, please try the solutions listed on Google's support page:  http://groups.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=7908
As a general rule, head coach Steve Carrera sends an email regarding the upcoming week schedule by noon on Mondays.  If for some reason you have not received an email by then, please check the club website.  The latest messages that have been sent out are located in the list on the right-hand side of the home page.

Q: How do I send a message to everyone on my player's team?

A: First, you must be a member of the team group for your player.  If you have not been added or joined, please go to our News & Groups page to see how.  Once you have joined the group, it's as simple as sending an email to the group's email address using the same email account you used to join the group.

Q: Why was my request to join one of the club team groups denied?

A:  The team groups are setup so that anyone who is a member can post to the entire group.  Because of this, we manage access to the groups as carefully as possible to prevent unwanted people from being able to see private information or spam the group.  If you are a legitimate club member and your request was denied it is most likely because you failed to complete the required information on the join form.  Please request to join the group again and be sure to fill out the join form completely.
